Step one: Make yourself food.
Step two: Offer small bites to your little one (of appropriate age, and appropriate foods).
Step three: Child refuses food.
Step four: Allow them to "steal" your meal.
You have just made your own baby food. No blender required.
Seriously though, we do "baby led weaning" here. That means we just give them foods that are appropriate for their age and watch them while they eat to be safe. And that's about it. She stole my eggs with potatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. And ate some of her brother's banana.
