Vitamin D Baby!

A video I did on Vitamin D and my experience. Click to watch.
Long and short of it, I felt awful. Anxious, fatigued, and irritable. Sick a lot too. Winter in Germany is no joke.  I supplement regularly now. My guideline is 1000 IUI of D per 25 lbs of bodyweight. So if you weigh 100 lbs, you take 4000 IUI of D. But if you're deficient, you may need more. If you're breastfeeding, you may need at least 6500 IUI to pass to baby. Blood tests can be easily done with a doctor's help, and the ideal levels are between 50 and 100.
Here's my affiliate link if you'd like to try what I'm using. Also, Vitamin K is important when supplementing Vitamin D. Here is Dr. Mercola's take on the subject too, check it out.
